This is such an easy breakfast or snack, and you can add any toppings your heart desires to make it super tasty.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp Greek or coconut yoghurt
Berries for serving
Walnuts for serving
Method
Add the chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon and maple to small bowl or glass and mix well to combine. Let rest for 5 mins before mixing well again.
Leave overnight in the fridge or for 10 mins until chia seeds are full and plump.
Top with yoghurt, berries and nuts and enjoy.
