Some Questions You May Have

What days/times are the live calls, and how often?

The live calls will be held on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm to allow for kids to be in bed and time away from work to fully settle in and take the time for yourself. Each call will be 45-60 minutes in duration. They will be held every fortnight and we will hold 6 calls in total. The calls will also be recorded and made available to you within 24 hours after the live call.

Will there be any work that I will need to do outside of the calls?

Yes. I will provide you with workbooks which will include integration tasks to make the most of your time in The Season. I highly recommend spending at least 2-4 hours each week dedicated time to implement the new habits and practices to allow these to be cemented within your daily routine.

Where will you hold your private community group?

This will be held on Facebook. The platform allows for content to be easily shared and for all of the group to share and interact with one another, which is highly encouraged within this program.

Do you offer vegetarian meal plans as part of the program?

Yes. I have been asked to provide a vegetarian option, and so this will be available on request to those that would like it instead of the standard meal plan. Unfortunately I do not offer vegan or plant based only meal plans.

Will you be running The Season again?

Yes. This will be run twice a year, the next intake however will be in 2024, where the price will be increasing.

What are the results of this program?

The results are entirely up to you, the effort you put in, the intentions that you have to gain from this program and the time you set aside to implement what you are taught. There are no guarantees in the self-development world, but I can guarantee you that I will show up wholeheartedly for the group of women involved.
