Some Questions You May Have

What days/times are the calls, and how often?

The live calls have been pre-recorded from the previous live session of the program. Each call will be 45-60 minutes in duration. There are 6 calls/modules in total. 

Will there be any work that I will need to do outside of the calls?

Yes. I will provide you with integration tasks (or homework) to really embody any changes and implement new habits to make the most of your time in the program. I highly recommend spending at least 2-4 hours each week dedicated time to implementing the new habits and practices to allow these to be cemented within your daily routine.

Will you be running Foundations to Flourish again?

Yes. This is an ongoing program that you have access to for life via our online learning platform.

What are the results of this program?

The results are entirely up to you, the effort you put in, the intentions that you have to gain from this program and the time you set aside to implement what you are taught. There are no guarantees in the self-development world, but I can guarantee you that I will show up wholeheartedly for the group of women involved.

Is the program live?

No, this is a pre-recorded program that was held in October 2023, therefore some of the incentives will not be applicable, however the content is still relevant, as well as the integration tasks.
