This remedy is designed to help you drift off into the land of nod. Designed for those who have trouble getting to or staying asleep at night. This remedy contains a blend of herbs that promote calm, relaxed and restored states.
 
Dosage
Adults: 5 drops prior to bed
Children: Dependant on the child’s age up to a maximum of 5 drops prior to bed (For example, if the child is 3 years old, then 3 drops. If the child is 12 years old, then 5 drops).

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus), Californian Poppy (Eschscholzia californica), Chamomile (Matricuria recutita), Gentian (Gentiana lutea), Hops (Humulus lupulus), Jamaica Dogwood (Piscidia piscipula), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Lime Flowers (Tilia spp.), Oats (Avena sativa), Pasque Flower (Anemone pulsatila), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Vervain (Verbena officinalis), Withania (Withania somnifera), Zizyphus (Ziziphus jujuba)
 
Precautions/Contraindications
Contraindications in known allergies to any of these ingredients.
Safe to take without adverse effects during pregnancy and breastfeeding when the recommended dose and duration is adhered to.
