GF Chicken Tenders

A delicious take on the super easy dinner options that your kids are bound to love - chicken tenders! These contain 3 ingredients and are delicious!

Serves 4


  • 500-600g chicken breast, sliced into 3cm long tenders

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • Salt & pepper


  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper

  • Scramble egg in a bowl and sit aside.

  • Place the almond meal, salt and pepper in another bowl and set aside

  • Cut chicken into tenders and dip into egg and then into almond meal mixture before placing on the baking tray.

  • Cook in the oven for 10-12 mins or until chicken is cooked and tender.
